In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the Law No.06/L–082 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo, this Privacy Notice defines the means and the purpose for the processing of Personal Data by Limak Kosovo International Airport JSC ("LKIA").

- Data Controller is an entity, whether a person, organization, or authority, that determines the purposes, conditions, and means of processing personal data (hereinafter "LKIA", "we" or "us")
- Data Processing is any operation performed with or without the aid of automated procedures in relation to personal data, such as collection, recording, extraction, consultation and use. As the Data Controller, Limak Kosovo International Airport JSC is committed to ensuring the protection of your personal data.
