BERLIN/PRISTINA – 28 March 2018 – Today, independent airline Germania operated its first flights between the two capital cities of Kosovo and France. This afternoon, the incoming flight from Paris was greeted in Pristina with the traditional water salute. “Expanding the VFR network (Visiting Friends & Relatives) is central to Germania’s strategy. It does not only focus on connections to popular holiday destinations and charter flights, but also on out-of-the-ordinary routes,” said Germania Group representative Urs A. Pelizzoni during the ceremony at Pristina International Airport. “Flights to and from Pristina have for a long time been an important part of this strategy.” Another new Germania connection between Pristina and the Danish capital Copenhagen was started on Friday, March 23.
